Fantastic opportunity for those who want to work in an IT focussed company, but hate travelling to customers on a regular basis.

This Microsoft Partner is looking for a Service Desk enthusiast to head up their current support department. Candidates can either come from a background in support, or can currently be a NAV Consultant with the wish to cut down on travel time.

As it currently stands, the Client makes use of Topdesk to allocate tickets to developers/consultants all around the company. Your role as the support desk coordinator will be to:

  • Solve as many tickets yourself as you can

  • Distribute tickets to the right people if they are out of your area of expertise

  • Give trainings to Junior people

  • Go on very occasional visits to Clients should they need onsite help

Requirements

:

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV

  • A completed HBO is strongly preferred

  • A customer Centric mindset

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluency in Dutch
