Your responsibilities as a (Junior) Project Planner:

• Create, control and maintain project planning procedures, project schedules and reports; part of a proposal team and the risk assessment team;
• plan future project execution;
• overall planning for proposal and project portfolio;
• planning human resources and fleet schedule;
• support Project Managers and project teams;
• lead and execute quantitative risk analyses;
• responsible for the development of the proposal schedule;
• linking pin between involved departments;
• supporting cost control;
• liaising with client in order to facilitate VO, payments, contractual terms/conditions;
• writing flawless reports and project plans;
• focusing on achieving goals and delivering as promised within agreed timelines;
• adjusting original planning if necessary.
