  • Regional Quality Analyst for the Business Unit DataComm.
  • Ensure that TE meets customer requirements and expectations.
  • Resource for Quality Engineers of TE Manufacturing Plants globally in case of escalations.
  • Interfaces with manufacturing, product and process engineering, customer care, warehouse, outside vendor and subcontractor representatives.
  • Frequently in contact with customers and outside vendors/suppliers on quality issues.
  • Identifies recurring problems and drives implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ability to develop and implement quality improvement plans and procedures for quality related processes.
  • Ability to evaluate the precision, accuracy and reliability of production processes using six-sigma and statistical analyses tools and lean manufacturing concepts.

Key Tasks:


  • Quality contact for a number of DataComm customers in EMEA.
  • Understand customers' quality requirements (voice of customer) to enhance quality performance.
  • Drive and maintain high customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.
  • Handles customer’s quality complaints to ensure on-time response.
