Do you speak German and French fluently? Are you looking for a customer service role in one of the biggest medical supplies companies in Dublin. If so, apply today for immediate consideration.

For these positions my client is looking for is candidates who speak Dutch or French. It would be highly advantageous to speak both Dutch and French fluently.

The Role:

* Answer inbound phone calls/Emails/Faxes/Chat from consumers inquiring about products or services.
* Document all contacts in CRM software, verifying customer contact information, place of purchase, product line, product, reason for call and resolution
* Liase with customers to solve any issues they may have

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a customer service environment (2 years minimum)
* Good IT knowledge
* Fluency in French and Dutch is essential
