Company:Our client is a global player in payments technology who are hiring a Dutch Customer Service Representative based in Dublin Ireland.

Role:The role of Dutch Customer Support Agent is as follows;
-Supporting their customers by responding to their general queries professionally and transferring their calls to the appropriate department
-Delivering a service which is made easier by knowing the company’s technical products and their functions
-Using customer feedback to continually improve products, procedures and customer service.
-Maintaining high quality standards when dealing with customer care, to achieve customer satisfaction
-Responding to customer calls, emails and queries in an appropriate amount of time without compromising quality

Skills: The skills needed in this role are as follows;
-The ideal candidate must speak fluent Dutch, and English
-The candidate must have a minimum of one years experience and be eligible to work in Ireland
-Must have the ability to form strong lasting relationships with customers and possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written
-Basic IT skills such as the use of Microsoft Office, databases and the internet are required
