I am currently looking for Dutch or Flemish speaking candidates for a Service Desk role with a multinational based in Dublin.
Description:
- the suitable candidate will provide first level IT Support to multiple clients supported out of Dublin service desk.
- Perform initial level of problem identification and attempts resolution
- Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- Ensures that correct resolutions are found and involves appropriate areas in resolving problems when needed
Requirements:
- Native level of Dutch or Flemish
- fluent English
- 6 months Technical Support experience
- Excellent communication skills
