Summary of role

To strengthen our product management department we are looking for a Commercial Pricing Analyst. This is a new role within the Voice Product team.

You will quickly develop a deep understanding of the VOIP & fixed lines portfolio, advice actions to respond to competitor moves and supports the overall commercial planning and promo process to ensure ACN wins in the market. You will be instrumental in helping ACN reposition and re-launch our European VoIP & fixed portfolio targeting international communities within the globalized marketplace.

You will report to the Head of Voice Products, Europe. You will be working in a diverse multi-national team reporting with exposure to unique challenges at an exciting time and will play key part in development and transformation of the ACN European business.

Major Tasks
Commercial Pricing activities:

  • Lead the competitive pricing activities across 18 European markets and generation competitive overviews.
  • You will work on generation of price comparison and quick scans following any competitor move across the 18 markets.
  • You will be the custodian of the pricing tool content and development.
  • Price plan rationalization activities. You will provide analysis on price plans across the whole fixed and Voip portfolio and deliver process and follow up on all price plans to discontinue within our portfolio. Be the single point of contact for billing and marketing communication in the rationalization process of ACN price plans across 18 markets.

Administration of pricing activities:
  • You will work closely with the product managers VOIP and Fixed in order to develop and maintain the competitive pricing information within our tools.
  • You will ensure that cost information is well maintained in our systems in order to derive accordingly the margin value per proposition.
  • You will work closely with our products manager to ensure that any pricing and proposition change is embedded in our billing system and properly communicated to our customers base across 18 markets.
  • You will ensure that our products are properly billed to our customers locally and across all destinations across the VOIP and fixed portfolio.

Commercial planning for the whole Voice product line across 18 countries:
  • As part of the Voice product team you will work closely with the product managers in order to develop the commercial yearly plan for the Voice product line, consolidate the product roadmap and follow up on executions.
  • You will work closely with the product team to develop the business cases and ensure all activities are properly embedded in the forecast.

Promo pack process for VOIP & Fixed services:
  • You will ensure our commercial activity is in line with tactical market development; therefore you will lead the promo pack process to adjust on a quarterly basis our competitive position in our markets.
  • Competitive overview of the existing promos of the market and elaboration of the quarterly promo pack for ACN across its markets to maintain its leading position in the VOIP & fixed portfolio.

Commercial reporting
  • You will work closely with our product manager to ensure consolidation of reporting across the Voice product team activities, performance of activities initiated within the voice product team and performance of new and existing propositions across our 18 markets.
