As they’re expanding their Multinational Contact Centre based in Cork, Ireland, they’re looking for talented and motivated people, passionate for customer service and travel/ tourism industry.

What’s the role?

- Supporting existing Members – NO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INVOLVED!
- Developing Accounts and providing excellent Sales and Customer Support for Dutch speaking Customers
- Working towards the highest standards in Sales and Customer Service Team of Experienced Pros!

You don’t have to have direct experience as travel agent – FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED!

Candidate profile:
- Fluent Dutch and English Speaker
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-player
- Able to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Interest in travel/ tourism industry and/ or experience in customer service would be an advantage (but not obligatory!)
