Our client is a renowned law firm with clients and offices all around the world. The Dutch Credit Control team manages and controls the firm's Accounts Receivable Asset. They have a proactive approach to cash collection and minimising exposure to bad debts.

Role and Responsibilities
Assessing the financial risk of new clients globally to my client's business
The monitoring of changes in key financial data on a client
The management of the bad debt provision of practice groups/ key clients to minimise its impact on the firms profit
Preparation of firm and client payment performance statistics
Proactive contact with all parties by telephone/email and maintain correspondence in the pursuit of payment of bills and resolving any problems as quickly as possible
Producing financial reports, hourly schedules and disbursements breakdowns as needed for internal and external clients

Key requirements
Commitment to providing professional, responsive and effective relationships
Fluency in Dutch with good English
Excellent communicator and confident in interaction with others
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task to meet targets and tight deadlines.
Enthusiastic, flexible and pro-active approach

Qualifications
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Degree or Experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or related would be beneficial
