Insurance Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity within the life assurance industry with a progressive company who deal with a number of European markets. Due to an increased volume of business they are now looking to recruit an Insurance Administrator to join their team that cater for their developing Dutch Market. This offers a great opportunity for the successful candidate to gain a wide exposure to the industry.


On successful hire you will be involved in the following:

•Keying and vetting (including money laundering) applications.
•Monitoring and controlling applications in the pipeline.
•Processing direct debit mandates, trusts and assignments.
•Day to day administration of customer’s policies
•Responding to Intermediaries and Policyholder queries
•Pipeline management
•Assist with the smooth running of Rollover/Maturities process.
•Production and dispatch of client documentation.
•Correctly allocating monies received to the relevant plans.
•Processing ‘not taken up’ plans.

To get this job you will need:

•Fluent Dutch and English
•One years experience in the Life Assurance industry/ financial services/customer service
•Good PC skills - Excel, Access and Word
•Ability to meet deadlines whilst producing accurate output.
•Good interpersonal/communication skills
•Ability to work on own initiative.
