Our client is a foremost name in the financial services industry and prides itself on delivering world class customer service within finance and financial services industry. Our client is currently looking to expand the financial services client care and customer service team. The team requires a Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive to look after their corporate customers. The role is based in South East England – East Sussex – Brighton.
Role Description:
The Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive is responsible for looking after business customers / corporate customers - providing high level client support and customer care. You will be taking customer calls and emails and handling enquiries, customer queries and customer complaints in a polite and professional manner. You’ll be dealing with Dutch speaking Business Customers and English speaking Business Customers taking ownership enquiries through to resolution.
Person Specification:
The successful person for the Dutch speaking Customer Service Executive with be fluent in Dutch and English. You will enjoy looking after customers and delivering outstanding levels of service. You’ll be happy in a long term role using your client care skills and have an interest in financial services.
-Previous customer relations experience, preferably within an office or call centre environment
-Proven skills in relationship management and negotiation
-Strong decision making skills to drive customer loyalty and business growth
-A basic understanding of financial workings through studies or professional experience
-Aptitude for learning both technical and business skills; commercially minded
-Ability to “think on your feet” and react effectively in challenging situations
-Good sense of initiative, motivated and competitive
-Customer driven, with good “emotional intelligence”
-Credit and collections experience is desirable but not essential
