Job Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for both renewals and sales of hi-tech service and support agreements to an existing client base; cold calling will not be required.
• Innovative use of existing databases to research accounts and potentially discover new opportunities
• Generation of sales quotations
• Manage the entire service sales cycle from prospect to close
• Generate reports for internal use
• Consistent and constant maintenance of client information stored in the database systems.


Job Requirements
Applicants interested in the role of Inside Sales Representative will require skills and/or experience in the following areas:
• Previous relevant experience in the technological sector
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Ability to apply analytical and investigative skills uncover new opportunities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills University Degree or Higher Diploma Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, Norwegian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian
