CPL UK - multilingual Telesales Executives

My client is currently looking for multilingual Telesales Executives for a permanent role in Dublin 18. Do you have strong customer service experience and an interested in Sales (no cold calling) then please read on.
Language requirement: For these roles you must be fluent in one of the following languages plus English:
• German
• Dutch
• French
• Turkish
• Swedish
• Danish

Key Roles
• To be the first point of contact with the client’s customers and to represent the interests of the client during every customer interface.
• To partner with a virtual team of resources (such as field sales and marketing teams across Europe) to influence reseller sales behaviour of our client’s Small Medium Business (SMB) Solutions.
• To generate leads in the technology sector from resellers and end-users located in the territory by calling a list of prospects which will have been compiled by the client.
• To focus on business development within an existing account base of registered resellers, in addition to reseller recruitment and activation.

Specific Responsibilities
• To achieve key metrics, as determined in advance by the client management team. In particular, those metrics which are specific to the campaign:
• Revenue Generation
• Call Quality, data accuracy and relationship building
• Productivity and efficiency targets
• Other client specific targets
• To ensure accurate and complete information is captured in CRM systems

• To drive SMB renewal and new business, building customer loyalty, ensuring high product retention rates, supporting and promoting corporate strategy and initiatives, and developing and executing area business plans
• To enable reseller, through proactive engagement, deliver a clear channel message to on customer benefits of our client’s solutions and channel benefit of easy to sell
• To be the primary driver for transactional business within the specified territory
• To accurately forecasting and fill in account/opportunity details to ensure market forecast is always up to date
• To drive for alignment with virtual teams during key parts of the sales process to win and retain business for the benefit of our client
• To contribute to the achievement of agreed levels of team and individual goals

Personal Skillset
• Must show evidence of excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one other European language
• Must be self-motivated, ambitious, a self-starter and target-driven
• Must demonstrate active listening skills
• Must demonstrate a confident and pleasant manner, when dealing with people
• Voice and manner must come across well during telephone call and must demonstrate positive influence and persuasion skills
• Must be a team player with strong evidence of the ability to communicate in an articulate and coherent manner

Desirable Business Skillset
• Some work experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable
• Hold a third-level qualification in a business or technical discipline
• A knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• A working knowledge of the Internet, browsing and e-commerce
