Dutch Technical Support Specialist
Location: CorkJob Type: Full-Time Permanent Reporting to: Team Manager

This is a fantastic, challenging opportunity to work on a successful Technical Support Service Desk on behalf of one of the top global Search Engine providers.
We are currently looking to recruit top talent for our Dutch & English speaking Technical Support Teams.

As a Voxpro Technical Support Specialist, you can expect to support business customers and gather information, troubleshoot and resolve issues of a technical nature.

Our Requirements:
1Fluency in both Dutch and English (both written and oral) ESSENTIAL
2 Previous experience of customer facing technical support would be a distinct advantage
3Familiarity with Google Apps is an advantage
4Experience with Windows desktop and server
5Experience of Networks
6Troubleshooting experience
7An understanding of Webmail
8A working knowledge of DNS
