Our client has a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in Order Management with fluency in German. Candidates ideally need to be based in Ireland as this is an urgent requirement.
Candidates for this role must have experience in:
• Manage and process incoming orders in an efficient and time effective manner via SAP
• Provide excellent customer service to manage any queries or issues that may arise
• Work with internal departments to ensure excellent communication across the board
• Track and Monitor stock movements by liaising with logistic services
• Work toward continuous process improvement to improve company processes and policies

Requirements:
• Third level qualification in a Business related discipline
• Proven experience in a Shared Services/Call Centre environment
• Fluency in English and German is ESSENTIAL
• Experience with SAP and MS Package
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
