Our client – a worldwide IT company has an opportunity for an experienced Internal Channel Account Manager with fluent Dutch to join their EMEA team in Cork.

Responsibilities:
• Work with Channel Customer Care team to support the EMEA base.
• Handle inbound queries via email and phone
• Outbound calling to specific partners
• Work with internal teams to develop Sales plans, training, researching and other areas
• Prepare and provide regular reports through analysis and projections
• Keep up to date with changes in the EMEA market
• Work toward process development and improvement

Requirements:
• Third level education
• Fluent in Dutch and English essential
• Channel selling or inside sales experience from an IT multinational environment essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
