Have you the following criteria for this opportunity:
• Fluent in Dutch or German and English
• Third level qualification
• IT Administration experience
• Minimum 1-2 years Call Centre environment experience
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Problem Solving through clear and proactive communication skills
• Database Maintenance and process improvement
• Contacting customers to research and assist with queries
• Willing to relocate to Cork?
