Responsibilities
• Provide effective communication and maintain professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Respond to queries and solve problems related to purchase orders (getting authorisations, performing changes in the system, informing parties involved)
• Contact clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries (finding new delivery date)
• Maintain high quality of reports

Required Skill Sets
• Fluent in English and European languages (French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese or others)
• Procurement background would be a great advantage
• Strong interest in the purchasing area
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer orientation
• Team player
• SAP knowledge
