Job description Human Resources Advisor - Benelux (French, English, Dutch)Responsibility for the operational HR management of all HR related issues and processes within the business unit.
Support Line Managers in labour law issues and preparation of labour law cases.
Ensure all team members are aware of HR models and policies.
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefit guidelines within the business unit.
Support the Line Managers with respect to salary amendments, bonus payments & incentives.
Support the Line Managers in the recruiting processes.
Issue up to date policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation and in line with the beeline European structure.
Identify new and ongoing training needs.
Planning and organising trainings as well as execution of training courses.
Handle training plan including follow up and budget.
Support Line Management with appraisal processes.
Support relating to personnel development and succession planning cooperation with Line Managers and the HRTM.
Coaching of managers in all fields of leadership.
Being overall responsible for illness and reintegration management.
Prepare monthly HR reporting.
Ensure ongoing active communication within the business unit management team as well as to the International HR functions.
Job requirements Human Resources Advisor - Benelux (French, English, Dutch)
Bachelor degree in HR / Business Administration.
3 years experience within a Human Resources Department.
Languages skills required: fluent French, advanced Dutch and English.
Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, sales or business services.
Recruitment experience.
Solid working knowledge of MS Office as well as HR Information Systems.
Ability to work systematically and independently.
Having good organizational skills.
Ability to introduce HR concepts with regard to practical working processes.
Strong interpersonal skills, common sense.
Ability to think and work analytically with focus on results.
Self-confident, reliable and friendly.
