Their services are available 24/7/365 and they providing services 20+ million customers every year. They are now looking to hire a Credit Manager/ Risk Analyst in their Amsterdam offices.

Role: This role will be to manage the relationships with external debt collection agencies, major client accounts and to ensure that all legal and financial contracts and SLA’s are in place and executed successfully. You will manage the bad debt provision, manage accounts and use statistical analysis to calculate future revenue that can be collected. In addition to this you will be responsible for managing compliance, suspension of accounts, testing and reporting.

Skills: The ideal candidate for this position will possess;
- 3-5 years experience in Credit control, Credit Risk or Credit Management

- Previous Collections experience and detailed knowledge of Accounts Receivable process within a Global environment (AR)
- Risk Analysis, Statistical skills, Reporting and similar methodologies for calculating Risk and managing client accounts
- Near Native Fluency in English (Written skills will be needed to draft legal letters)
- Additional Language skills in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch or German an advantage.
