Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide a high calibre customer interaction through chat and telephone
* Make it seem easy! Translate tech-speak, billing, shipping, and eCommerce jargon into everyday, understandable terms
* Leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features, technology changes, and events that impact customers
* Anticipate next steps. Ensure an excellent experience after the call by setting expectations the customer may not have thought about: explaining when products will deliver, when a credit card will be charged, when a return will be received, and so on
* Be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and assessed
* Have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends
SKILLS:
Essential Criteria:
* Fluent in written and spoken English & Dutch
* Degree preferred plus 1-2 years proven experience in a customer service environment
* Ideal candidate will have owned or have experience using the latest technology & gadgets including: Mac, iOS, Android, tablets, smartphones etc
* Minimum 35 WPM typing
* 12 months experience in a contact centre environment
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Technical aptitude (computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications)
* Experience using a CRM system logging customer queries
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
* Recognized local education qualification equivalent to secondary education, college degree preferred
* Strong basic foundation using computer hardware and software
* Good listening skills and high attention to detail
HOURS OF WORK
40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, Monday – Sunday 9am – 6pm
TRAINING/INDUCTION
Training will be conducted over 4 weeks, Monday – Friday 9am-6pm.
