Excellent opportunity for a fluent German speaking candidate with Multinational experience to become part of a Global Operation.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for customer recovery and retention via inbound phone calls.
• Focus on complex customer service and support issues
• Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues
• Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and suggests improvement strategies
• Guide customers through solutions thoroughly
• Excellent Customer Service orientated, proactive attitude


Requirements
• Fluent Norwegian, German or Dutch Essential
• Min 2 years experience in a customer services/IT role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An appreciation of the IT environment
• Experienced in resolving complex customer service issues
• Self starter and ambitious
