Company: Our client is the #1 company in their sector and are now centralising their European Customer Service Centre in their Dublin headquarters.


Role: New positions have been created for Dutch Customer Service professionals. This role will see you support;
•Product orders & queries
•Contract,Invoice and Finance
•Logistics and supply chain
•Ad hoc business requests
•Internal Stakeholders eg Sales, Marketing & Finance

Skills; The ideal candidate will possess
•Fluent Dutch and English
•Previous Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or Retail Sales experience where you have dealt with customers
•Degree is preferable
•Order Processing (SAP an advantage)
•Computer literate and accustomed to recording customer data, tracking and information in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar system
•Ability to manage internal and external customer expectations and to accurately reflect the corporate values and ethics of the business
