The Inside Sales Organization (SMB) at Gartner is largely comprised of Account Managers who serve small and midsize clients and prospects across the country through phone and email contact. AM’s manage a set of ‘named accounts’ / territories and are responsible for all aspects of retaining and growing these existing client relationships with C-level executives.

Key responsibilities:

•Establish new business relationships with new prospects in UK and Ireland
•Retain and grow existing accounts by establishing trust based relationships
•Develop strategic relationships with C-level executives in order to match their needs to Gartner services.
•Forecast monthly business and achieve/overachieve quotas
•Perform all operational activities in support of Sales and company wide initiatives
•Work closely with Analysts, establish efficient working relationship between your Client and the research community
•Stay up to date with innovation in the market and new trends impacting Clients organization dynamics
