The Opportunity

Working as a German and Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for dealing with customer queries by telephone and email. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing and forward thinking business

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to telephone and email queries in line with SLA requirements
Capture and input accurate customer data
Accurate processing of invoices, credit notes and refund

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate for this role will be fluent in German and Dutch and have a background in customer service and or call centre. With first class communication skills and a passion for problem solving and high levels of service delivery you will be confident on the phone.
