Our client is actively looking to develop their project team by offering a new and exciting position within their clinical operations department. My client is looking to hire a new Associate Director Clinical Sciences. This opportunity is a role that will be responsible for the management of clinical trials in the field of Oncology from early phase and beyond. It will require an experienced clinical project manager to develop clinical protocols, project plans and clinical development plans, in addition to managing outsourced vendors whilst liaising closely with KOLs and investigators on the feasibility and conduct of ongoing international Oncology clinical trials.

Required Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree with five- seven years multi-country clinical trial experience or advanced degree (MS/PhD/PharmD) with at least 5 years clinical trial experience.
* Must have prior experience at working with major pharma in oncology TA.
* Must have experience in Oncology studies, including also phase I.
* Must have strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Must have strong knowledge of protocol and clinical drug development processes, clinical study design, study planning and management.
* Requires proven project management skills and study leadership ability.
* Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, administrative
* Must have ability to work under strict timelines and deliver under urgent situations.
* Fluent in English.
