On behalf of our client located in ??D? we are currently looking for:
Multilingual Purchasing Assistant


Responsibilities:
•Providing effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
•Responding to queries and solving problems related to Purchase Orders (getting authorizations, performing changes in the system, informing parties involved)
•Contacting clients and suppliers to solve overdue deliveries (finding new delivery date)
•Maintaining high quality of reports.

Person Specification:
•Fluency in one of the following languages: French/ Dutch/ Czech
•Good English knowledge
•Customer orientation
•Team player
•Purchasing / Customer Service experience will be an asset
