Major duties and responsibilities

Job responsibilities Technical Trainer:

?The?Techical trainer is responsible?for the training?of users and specialists (internal and external) in the use of the company's products;
?Planning of training courses with associated schedule;
?Ensure proper and professional customer care;
?Preparation of course materials (manuals / equipment);
?Work together with sales on training need and leads;
?Keep course materials (manuals database), hardware and software up to date;
?Responsible for quality of educational services.
