What is the job?
As a Dutch technical support you will be working as a Dutch IT support employee on a dedicated corporate client like a bank, consultancy or other company. The Dutch IT support agent will analyse customer issues and try to trouble shoot the problem yourself by phone or remote desktop solutions. Some issue can't be solved immediately in which case you will have to pass the case on to the relevant department. You will have excellent chances of progressing into more senior roles like Dutch 2nd line helpdesk, coaching or management. Our client is therefore looking for people that want to make IT support a career rather than a job!

Our client is global multimillion dollar IT company providing a wide range of solution to large enterprises and government organisations. Their solutions range from consulting, helpdesk solutions to systems integration. In Cork they provide their European based clients with IT helpdesk solutions.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who want to move in Dutch IT support. Experience in Dutch technical support is not required, an interest in IT and willingness to learn however a must have. You have excellent phone manners, previous experience providing top of the range customer service and like working in a dynamic environment. You speak fluent Dutch and English and are keen on progressing in more senior IT support jobs.

Interview process and salary
To get the job of Dutch helpdesk agent you will have to pass a technical test followed by a phone interview. Before being offered a job you will have to pass 2 reference checks. The successful candidate will get a relocation package if based outside Ireland and the starting salary is €21500. Furthermore there are some excellent other benefits on offer.
