Exciting Technical Support Opportunities
Want to Join an Exciting Technical Support team?
CPL/HP require Dutch fluent speakers with fluent English to work as Technical Support Representative for exciting new opportunities with one of the world’s leading blue chip IT companies
Duties:
• Answer contacts promptly and professionally
• Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
• Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
• Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
• To comply/complete desk specific or adhoc request/tasks
• Mentor new hires.
• Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
• Observe strict compliance to licensing, copyright and trademark legislation
• Accomplish other duties as required
• Pro-actively seek support from escalation team via.
• Escalate tickets to escalation team for validation and further escalation.

Some of the following skills are required
• Strong technical ability and aptitude
• Great customer service skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Fluent English and Dutch

Salary: €20,500 – 21,000 with great perks and benefits with these roles (educational assistance and gym facilities)

Based: In Co. Kildare, about 35 minutes away from Dublin city centre
