I am currently looking for canidadates interested in IT with excellent customer skills to work as Technical Support Agents with CPL on site HP in Lexlip - in the suburbs of Dublin

Job Description
- Provide excellent customer suuport via different tools - calls, emails etc.
- Log/Validate all contacts on Call Handling Database
- Resolve customer problems using the relevant tools

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Previous experience with customers
- Strong basic skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Interest in IT and customer support
