Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers through phone and email providing technical support and problem solving abilities
• Resolve any issues or queries the customer may have
• Work in a team environment to promote, maintain and develop strong customer service values
• Assist in identifying resolution gaps
• Continue to improve new services and procedures


Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in a cross cultural environment
• Strong IT skills
• Strong sense of Urgency / Accountability / Attention to detail
