Norwegian Inside Sales Representative - No cold calling

The Inside Sales Representative will support a growing sales organisation as part of his or her daily responsibilities. The world's most successful companies rely on us to maximize subscription, maintenance and support revenue, improve customer retention and increase business predictability and insight.

Upon successful hire you will be:

•Responsible for the renewal and overall sales of hi-tech service and support agreements
•Application of databases to research accounts and uncover new opportunities
•Generation of sales quotations
•Manage the entire service sales cycle from prospect to close
•Generate reports for internal use
•Ensure the integrity of client information is maintained in the database systems

The ideal candidate will have:

•1+ years sales experience in a telephone based role.
•Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
•Excellent communication and reporting skills
•Excellent team player
•Proven ability to form business relationships
•Fluent Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish or Swedish.
