For a international logistics supplier (3PL) we are looking for a Senior Engineer.

We are looking for someone with:

• Knowledgeable in state-of-the-art technology and best practices in logistics
• Ability to think out of the box and show results in innovative thinking and????? solutions
• Knowledge of current consultancy and analitical practices

The Senior Logistics Engineer will provide innovative, timely, professionally prepared solutions to logistics problems which lower cost, improve service and enhance operational effectiveness. Identify and manage resources required to meet the objective.

• Work with the sales organization to develop supply chain solutions?for corporate clients
• Develop value-added solutions to logistics requirements of clients?employing analysis, innovation and experience
• Manage the process of winning Requests for Proposal (RFQ’s) including cost analysis and pricing
• Provide solution development, analysis and selling support for?consulting engagements
• Develop project costs and pricing recommendations for approval by?the Managing Director
• Interface with client and Business Development Director, IT consultant, Operations Director and to fully and accurately define requirements and solution approach
