The Dutch customer service representative will work as a part of a large well known insurance provider. The Dutch job for the customer service representative involves processing insurance claims within a set deadline and will deal closely with other departments as well as brokers and clients. You will ensure you have all the right data and insure all Dutch customers are well looked after.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the Dutch job as a customer service representative you need to be first of all (near) native Dutch speaker with fluent English. You have ideally gained some previous customer service experience and have experience in working with targets and deadlines. The Dutch job is by no means a high-volume call centre job but as you will be working with insurance policies you need to have an eye for detail and are able to cope with pressure.
