Order to Cash Analyst with French, Dutch or Italian

Order To Cash Analyst with Italian or French in Multinational Organisation - Cork
We are hoping to speak with experienced Order Management and Order to Cash candidates who have a fluent level of Italian, French or Dutch and fluent English for a new vacancy.

A third level degree in Accountancy / Business or equivalent is required in addition to 2 years of experience in Supply Chain and contact centre environment. You will need to use strong attention to detail while working in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Italian or French and English.

This role will act as a point of contact for Italian, French or Dutch customers while working on other duties, including cash collection, managing and tracking tier 1 disputes, creating reports for SLA and metrics, liaising with logistic suppliers and controlling inventory interfaces.
