MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Giving TECHNICAL SUPPORT on 1st Level or Senior level through phone and e-mail, training in case the meeting is required or there are high customer expectations
• Providing excellent technical services related to the support, technical specifications, design and functionality
• Maintaining direct interaction with clients & transferring messages gained at the Service Desk
• Being a technical trainer to new teams’ employees
• Assuring the SLA’s RULES
• Insuring the specific CRM database is well-recorded
• Staying in touch with other teams related to the technical support for technical queries (e.g. connection issues, bug fixes) & product info or questions
• Cooperation with the 3rd party firms in order to resolve issues at the right time and recording problem zones for analysis
• Collaborating with the call management system, keeping on-line records of all calls and emails


REQUIREMENTS
• Computer Science degree or min 2 years experience in computers systems
• Knowledge of Wireless and/or Networking
• experience in Support Center/Helpdesk
• mobile computing technologies
• Operating Systems (Windows and Linux)

• Combination of languages required: GERMAN ENGLISH or ITALIAN FRENCH ENGLISH or DUTCH ENGLISH or SPANISH ENGLISH or FRENCH ENGLISH
• Great in problem solving and strong communication skills
• Getting an experience in multicultural environment
• English CV required
