NATIONAL PEN - IN-House RecruiterFANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE AND WORK IN IRELAND
You will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting for roles within the European HQ / Call Centre here in Dundalk. You be actively involved in the whole recruitment process from sourcing candidate’s right up to induction on the day they start.
This includes providing clients and candidates with enticing and compelling experiences during the recruiting and hiring process. In this role you will interact with Hiring Managers, and potential candidates/applicants. You will contribute to the overall success of the Staffing group by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the European HR Manager you will
•Optimization of existing recruitment process for German market
?Trade fairs (from research to participation)
?Creating new contacts
•Create job descriptions, interview questions and role plays
•Create and maintain job postings based on recruitment tools such as Monster.de, Toplanguagejobs.com, jobs.ie and other country-specific job boards, new media Social networking like LinkedIn, Xing and Facebook, and various user groups to identify and conduct productive conversations with candidates
•Manage relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations
•Filtering job applications, telephone screening and face-to-face competence interviews
•Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective candidate sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidates
•Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation
•Communicate results and organize start dates with client and candidate
•Preparing documents and reports in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•Assist hiring managers with interviews including sitting on the interviewing panel
•Produce all recruitment related correspondence
•General HR administration and accurately maintaining the HR Information System
Requirements: you must have
•A Minimum of 3 experience in an agency, on-site, in-house customer-facing recruitment position in a fast paced multi-lingual environment
•2nd European Language – German, Dutch, French, Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian language ESSENTIAL
•Must have a passion for placing the right candidate in the right role for the business
•Communication skills are a must - particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with third-party partners externally
•Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
•Experience working with job-boards, CV databases and internet search tools
•Experience of writing job advertisements
•Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
•Problem solver with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
