Inside Sales Rep *(Dutch / Flemish) – for a large fast growth online business where your responsibilities will include responding to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding the companies solution; achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities and leads that turn into closed business; route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales person for further development and closure. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growth company with innovative products and services and climb the ladder (most people in this team are promoted internally toward big hitter sales roles if you are motivated toward it. You will receive training in IT solution sales, business development and account management in their training academy and this company will allow you to progress toward large account management / face to face solution sales in an environment where most people are hitting over target!

To get this role you will have a degree as a minimum combined with a minimum 2-3 years of business experience and have a strong desire to be technology sales as a field of your choice. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required as is Dutch / Flemish. Personality wise you will be a high energy individual and a positive attitude; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. You will be confident and not put off by cold calling. You will have excellent PC skills and abilities in social networking etc e.g. Linkedin – for generation of contacts. You may be working for a smaller company in IT sales looking for experience in a larger more structured organization or for an a company outside of IT looking to break into the industry.

€30K – 35K- + OTC €15K + accelerators + Pension + Health + Canteen + great social life and trips abroad for top performers!
