Company: Our client is one of the largest multi-national companies that operate in the media, communications, technology and services. They are a leader of its field and employ thousands of individuals worldwide. As their international team further grows they are looking to add to their team a Customer Service Agent with fluency in Dutch to begin work in their Dublin based offices.

Role: The Customer Support position covers various aspects of responsibility within the role such as:
-Providing general and technical support to customers via inbound telephone calls as well as e-mails.
-Identify and troubleshoot problems customer problems acting to them accordingly or escalating when necessary
-Retain ownership of cases you’ve dealt with to ensure full resolution and the customer is fully satisfied
-Process warranties or returns from customers, dealing with issues such as refunds when needed

Skills; The skills needed in this role are as follows;
-To be considered for the role of customer support Executive you will speak fluent Dutch and English
-He/She will have (6-12 months) customer service experience
-A third level qualification is highly desirable
-Skills in multitasking, troubleshooting and organizing are necessary for such a position.
