Our client based in Glasgow city centre is currently recruiting a part time Dutch Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business on a permanent basis.

The role will involve:

Handling calls from Dutch customers and resolving any issues
Providing first class customer service
Updating computer system with progress
Working towards agreed targets

Applicants should possess:

Fluency in Dutch
Experience within a Customer Service/Contract Centre environment
Computer literacy
Excellent communication skills
