This project is to support Danish/Dutch speaking customer's gaming products and services.

Role: In our clientís European team there is a new position as a gaming support agent. They are responsible for the following, providing excellent customer service and technical support by responding to inbound and outbound customer calls and queries, translating texts from English to German, satisfying the consumerís needs within an appropriate time period, allocating a certain amount of time to each customerís case, communicating excellently with co-workers and customers, having a good knowledge of the companyís processes, procedures, products and services. They should manage each problem that arises until it is resolved and improve work practices to the best of their ability to achieve the best results. Supporting IT products requires a technical mindset to understand the products, how they work, the environment they are in etc.

Skills:The ideal candidate must speak Danish/Dutch and fluent English and have at least 6 months previous experience working in customer service. The candidate must be highly motivated, target orientated, have good interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team and possess excellent communication skills both (verbally and written) face to face or via phone. The candidate will need to have a passion for gaming along with very good IT skills including, excellent knowledge of the internet, internet applications, Microsoft windows, familiar with PC hardware, PC gaming and similar electronics.
