Working for one of the biggest names in the IT sector, you would be sitting with the Search and Display team, Advertising Support Agent you provide email and phone support in local language for advertisers using the clients ad platform to reach users online.

Main activities include:

• inbound customer support for day to day account queries
• liaising with support engineers to resolve advertiser technical issues
• Reactive customer support
• Review customer accounts and provide search optimization suggestions
• Optimisation recommendations for improved advertiser campaign performance (e.g. keyword expansions or ad copy recommendations)



Skills:

• Proven relevant local language fluency. Candidate would need to have a combination of some of the following languages: Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish.
• Business-to-business customer service background
• Online advertising experience is a plus
• Ability to analyze, interpret and address customer needs
• Good business acumen with the ability to deliver accurate information



This is a contract position for 12 months - great salary offered!
