Company: Our client is the market leader in their industry for online services. Their advertising solutions allow their clients to reduce cost and increase effectiveness on their marketing campaigns and have resulted in the company growing to new heights. They have localized their services and now sell to companies across the world. They now have a position available for Dutch and English speaking Customer Service Representative for the international market.


Role: The person in this position is responsible for providing the customer with support and solutions to their queries and also improving the company?s procedures to maintain customer satisfaction at all times. Their role includes;

Supporting their Dutch customers by responding to their general queries professionally and transferring their calls to the appropriate department.
Delivering a service which is made easier by knowing the company?s technical products and their functions.
Using customer feedback to continually improve products, procedures and customer service.
Maintaining high quality standards when dealing with customer care, to achieve customer satisfaction
Responding to customer calls, emails and queries in an appropriate amount of time without compromising quality.
Completing call logs and reporting to supervisor on trends of customer calls
Maintaining and updating the customer database and resolving their problems using the computer system
Interpreting all client?s policies including Terms of Use
Organizing the daily business activities


Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Dutch and fluent English. Must have the ability to form strong lasting relationships with customers, building up a strong rapport with them, resolving any issues they have immediately and must possess excellent communicational skills (verbally and written) via phone and email. Basic IT skills such as the use of Microsoft Office, databases and the internet are required along with an ability to learn customer service software applications. Multi-tasking and organisational skills and the ability to identify solutions would be a benefit. Previous experience in a customer service role would be ideal.
