The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate and thorough interpretation of client’s policies, procedures, and expectations to Dutch speaking external and internal customers. Providing outstanding service as a means to build customer loyalty, improve customer retention, and satisfy corporate customer service goals and objectives.

Job responsibilities include:
- communication with clients (by phone, email) – especially in Dutch languages
- solving problems of clients (installation, maintenance and technological support)
- cooperation with IT specialists
- ensuring the smooth process and quality of client services
- relevant administration

Your profile:
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English for telephone and email communication
• Previous relevant working experience would be advantage
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
• Active listening skills
• Solving problems in a way that makes customers feel valued and that their contacts are important
• Fast learner and able to work in dynamic environment
