The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing accurate and thorough interpretation of clients policies, procedures, and expectations to Dutch speaking external and internal customers. Providing outstanding service as a means to build customer loyalty, improve customer retention, and satisfy corporate customer service goals and objectives.Job responsibilities include:
- communication with clients (by phone, email) especially in Dutch languages
- solving problems of clients (installation, maintenance and technological support)
- cooperation with IT specialists
- ensuring the smooth process and quality of client services
- relevant administration
Your profile:
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English for telephone and email communication
Previous relevant working experience would be advantage
Computer literacy with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Active listening skills
Solving problems in a way that makes customers feel valued and that their contacts are important
Fast learner and able to work in dynamic environment
