About the job
For our customer contact center in Enschede, the Netherlands, we are looking for Polish speaking Technical Customer Service Representatives who also speak Dutch or German. The main tasks are:
•Answering telephone calls properly and solving problems end-users may have;
oExposing the problem by good listening and asking clear questions.
oWith your own basic knowledge, and knowledge gained in our internal training program plus the assistance from our systems, solving the issue.
oLogging in detail all incoming support requests.
oImproving the customer’s satisfaction, thereby increasing the brands value of R Systems clients.
•Answering emails in a sufficient and customer-friendly way.
•Staying abreast of new developments in the area of consumer electronics as they relate to the job.

What R our criteria?
•You speak fluently Polish, German or Dutch.
•Your English is sufficient enough to follow training.
•Above average interest in Consumer Electronics, Computer Hardware and/or Software and Network architectures.
•Communicative and good soft skills.
•Loyal and flexible attitude.

What do we offer?
We offer high quality training programs, which are fully paid, and we have good career opportunities. If we hire you, we can offer a half year contract and the opportunity to qualify for an indefinite employment contract on the long run. The salary range lies between €1200 and 1300 euro’s net per month. This is excluding 8% holiday pay. You will automatically join our pension plan after 6 months. Besides the 23 paid holidays per year, you can get 3 extra paid holidays when you do not report sick. If you need to relocate to Enschede, we offer a relocation package and help with finding suitable accommodation and getting you settled in the Netherlands.
