Experts will:

* Sell the clients products and accessories to customers who call to learn more during their purchasing process
* Provide consultative solutions to customers based on their needs, following the Online Store Customer Engagement model
* Learn about the product and become an expert on the product features and related accessories
* Understand our client’s Digital Lifestyle strategy and how the product fits into it
* Leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes
* Ensure a favourable purchase experience by appropriately setting customers’ expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., “what happens next”
* Enter new sales orders accurately
* Be comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment where calls are monitored, recorded, and assessed
* Have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends

* Has experience with PC and Mac

Education and Experience:

* Degree preferred plus 1-2 years proven experience in a sales or customer service environment.
* Ideal candidate will have owned or have experience using the latest technology & gadgets including: Mac, iOS, Android, tablets, smartphones etc
* Technical experience in digital media (music, video, photography) a plus
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Technical aptitude (computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications)


HOURS OF WORK

40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern, Monday – Friday 9am-6pm.

TRAINING/INDUCTION

Training will be conducted over 4 weeks, Monday – Friday 9am-6pm.
