Customer Service Team Leader – Fashion Brand – Central LondonReference: NH013286
You will be heading up a diverse and talented team within the larger Customer Service Department of this large organisation. Your prioritisation skills and organisation will need to be second to none and you will need to have excellent people management skills to succeed here. Responsibilities:
•Supervise the work of the Coordinators and Administrators for the region or area
(between 8-10 team members)
•Create regional sales forecasts
•Monitoring and managing EDI order system
•Dealing with after sales and order processing issues that are escalated efficiently
•Create customer relationship plans & strategies for key customers
•Participate in customer meetings maintain excellent communication with customers
•Analysis of customer sales reports
•Work closely with Credit department and highlight any customer impact
•Dealing with any issues arising from the prioritisation of deliveries
•Managing issues arising from customer generated cancellations
•Efficiently dealing with the escalation of complaints and refunds, returns and stock swaps
•Management of orders according to local exotics policies
•Keeping the team updated regularly about major changes and issues
Requirements:
•Excellent English - verbal and written
•Fluency in one or moreEuropean languages would be a great advantage (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch)
•Experience in Order Management (preferably on SAP), shipping and credit processes
•Advanced Excel
