Customer Service SAP Representative - Cork
French, Dutch, German speakers

Working with a leading Pharma company based in Cork who are actively looking to recruit Customer Service SAP administrators within their Order to Cash department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage manual orders received through phone, fax, email.
? Enter orders in SAP
? Cash Collections
? Ensure orders have been integrated in SAP
? Manage, track and resolve Tier 1 disputes
? Liaise with external partners including logistic service providers
? Manage replenishment activities
? Control inventory.
? Control inventory movements and reconcile SAP with inventory levels.
? Liaise with internal contacts
? Liaise with external partners including logistic service providers
? Act as a power user for O2C customer service processes
QUALIFICATIONS
? Graduate or 2 years relevant experience
EXPERIENCE
? Min 2 years of customer service/calls centre experience.
SKILLS
• Proficient in SAP
• Fluent in the French or Dutch or German language and English
• Work well under pressure
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (EXCEL, WORD, etc.)
